Returns & Refunds


All sales are final. We will only take returns if your product is damaged or if there is a problem with the manufacturer. 

All damage claims regarding broken or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days from the delivery date, no exceptions. Pictures of the damaged items must accompany the request for returns.

Refunds will not be issued for defective or damaged merchandise. An exchange or credit will be issued. Any original shipping charge and/or return shipping charges will not be covered   

All returns must be in original condition, including damaged or defective items. A credit will not be issued for the returned items without the original packaging.
